All groups please have a representative either attend in person or on-line and be prepared with a short report about your groups activities for the last year and plans for upcoming year.  It is not necessary for you president, pipe major, manager or secretary to represent your group – any member will do!

  2. Reports from member groups, introduction of new members
  3. Election of officers
  4. Update on insurance program
  5. Financial Statements
  6. Report on our youth bursary program

Executive positions are:

  1. President, Mary Thurber reluctantly accepted the position again hoping to be replaced before 2025 as she is already webmaster.
