DESCRIPTION:The Highland Gathering is an exciting part of the Campbell River Salmonfest\, featuring all your favorite events such as Pipes and Drums\, Massed Bands\, Highland Dance\, and Heavy Games. \nWe are proud to continue the long-standing of the BC Legion Highland Games with our March-past Event\, as well as the Massed Bands opening and closing ceremonies.  \nDon’t miss out on the Logger Sports Competitions\, Celtic Market\, and delicious Highland Beverages. Admission is $2 on Friday and $5 per day on Saturday and Sunday for anyone 5 years old.

DESCRIPTION:The 159th Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival will once again be held at Topaz Park on May 21 and 22\, 2022.\n\n\nAfter two years of much smaller Games being held at our Craigflower property due to public health orders\, the Victoria Highland Games Association looks forward to welcoming you back to the large grass fields at Topaz Park!\n\n\nHighlights of the Games weekend include:\n\n\n– Pipe Bands (including Grade 1 Simon Fraser University Pipe Band)\n– Canadian Invitational Drum Major Challenge\n– International Heavy Events Challenge (Men and Women)\n– Highland and Irish Dance\n– Celtic Music (local bands performing throughout the weekend)\n– Clan and Society Tents\, Heritage Performers and Artisans\n– Games Gala Performance (Inaugural Saturday evening performance)\n– Celtic Vendors\, Food Court\, Adult beverage service\n– Whisky\, Gin and Wine Tasting Schools\n\n\nRegistration Forms and details on the Games activities will be posted on the VHGA website www.victoriahighlandgames.com in early March. All public health orders in effect at the time of the Games will be strictly followed. We look forward to seeing you at the Games in May!
