This is when we present the Scholarships to pipers\, drummers and dancers that we are helping attend Piping Hot Summer Drummer at Silverstar. \nDowntown Vernon’s Sunshine Festival is the Okanagan Valley’s largest sidewalk sale and festival\, and it’s held on a Saturday near the end of June each year. \nDowntown’s 30th Avenue is blocked off between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. as vendors\, entertainers and activities are set up and ready for your enjoyment. The KidZone is packed full of fun activities like face painting\, bounce castles\, and more! Dunk your high school principal\, local politician or local celebrity at the Dunk Tank. \nGrab a bite to eat at a restaurant’s patio cafe or from a food truck. Shop till you drop with fantastic sidewalk sales and vendors.
